• FREE DELIVERY orders over £50, otherwise £5.95 + VAT (we use a specialist glass handling carrier that pays drivers a living wage and moves parcels by hand, never by belt).

SCOTS HIGHLANDS (typically 2-3 working days)
Includes all other AB postcodes.

WE NO LONGER SHIP OFFSHORE TO SCOTS ISLANDS OR ISLE OF WIGHT

• FREE DELIVERY on minimum order over £90, otherwise £15 delivery surcharge applies (minimum order threshold enables us to absorb this additional charge).

• UK MAINLAND: Order by 10am Monday to Thursday and typically receive in 1-2 working days, otherwise 2-3 working days.

• Delivery may take longer during peak delivery periods which will be flagged throughout our online shop. You will be notified of any delay. You will receive a text on day of delivery and a follow-up text with a two-hour delivery window.

• Please provide alternative delivery instructions in the notes box at the checkout in the event you are not in, such as behind a bin or with a neighbour. We’ll attempt to deliver again if not in, but a third attempt will incur another delivery charge.

• SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS / AB POSTCODES Orders can take up to 3-4 working days to arrive. You’ll be notified by email when to expect your order.

• SCOTS UK MAINLAND POSTCODES that require a minimum spend of £90 to avoid £15 surcharge: AB10-16/21-25/30-39/41-45/51-56; DD8-11; FK7-21; IV20-28/30-32/36/40/52-54/63; KW1-14; KY99; PA21-40/80; PH3-13/15/26/30-41/49-50.
